The Ellen MacArthur Foundation works to accelerate the transition to a circular economy,’ a generic term for an industrial economy that is, by design or intention, restorative and in which materials flows are designed to reenter the biosphere safely or to circulate at high quality without entering the biosphere. The goal of this infographic is to convey to stakeholders a rapid growth in the activities and reach of the Foundation and to provide stories that humanize and contextualize the statistical data collected by the Foundation to assess its progress.
